The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has offered a reprieve to prospective homeowners who missed the earlier cut-off to book a property in East Delhi’s ambitious 'Towering Heights' project. Following an official order released this Thursday, the booking window for these premium residential flats—originally slated to conclude in March and subsequently extended through May—has now been pushed to June 30. This latest move is designed to accommodate both individual buyers and government agencies interested in bulk procurement within the landmark development.

A Landmark in Transit-Oriented Development

Located in Karkardooma, the project stands as a significant milestone in the capital’s urban planning. Rising 155 metres, the 48-storey structure is touted as Delhi’s tallest residential building. Developed under the technical supervision of the NBCC, the property serves as the city’s inaugural housing venture integrated into the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) policy.
