The controversy erupted when reports surfaced alleging that multiple rounds of gunfire were exchanged outside the facility located in the Musallahpur Haat area. Khan Sir himself had publicly alleged that the violence was a targeted conspiracy orchestrated by business rivals threatened by his affordable fee model.
